OPI Time-less is More

I love the idea of this polish, but the execution just didn't happen. Squishy milky marshmallow off-white jelly crème? Sounds amazing. Just didn't pan out. Too sheer. Too watery. Then too thick once I reached opacity to ever dry. So I snapped these pics while it was in that ever so fragile state of "you think it's dry but it's really not so you're going to ruin it in less than 30 seconds". Time-less is More? I guess ;P
