It's described as a "seafoam splendor (glittered shimmer)". It has a fab pale ocean blue-green metallic base, tons of microglitter in gold and green, and medium sized blue hex glitter. It dries like a foil, and I found it can look shriveled if I applied the second coat before the first one was dry. The glitter was easy to work with, no worries about each piece placing correctly on the nail. This is two coats, which is impressive for an all glitter shade.
I still am not one hundred percent happy with how this picture turned out, it is totally a million times better in person. And if you own it already, you know that. If you don't, what the hell are you waiting for?! You can get it at Deborah Lippmann's site for $18 or at Nordstrom stores.
