across the universe, the glitter nail polish by Deborah Lippmann i recently reviewed. and i started turning the wheels in my brain and hatched a little plan. ya see, Lippmann's PR firm has generously sent me a bottle of this excellent lacquer for review, but i actually had just purchased one for myself a few days before! so, hmmm what to do with the extra one?? do a giveaway of course!
