Different Dimension Let Them Eat Glitter Collection Swatches & Review

Hey kids! I'm back again for a brand new adventure. Today's nail polish collection is called Let Them Eat Glitter by indie brand Different Dimension in collaboration with youtuber Nicole of Young, Wild and Polished! This collection consists of six glittery, sparkly, insanely blingy polishes. They are so fun!

Different Dimension Mrs. Rabbit is a purpley magenta jelly with intense blue shimmers, filled with chunky pink holographic glitters. This one seems pretty sheer on the first coat, but builds up a lot on the second. I still added another coat because I felt the base was still slightly translucent, but two is probably fine. I don't love this color, but it's pretty unique to my collection!

Different Dimension YWPimpin is a gunmetal linear holographic polish with added gold flakies, sterling silver plated flakies and gold holographic microglitters. This polish is epic! One of my favorite types of polishes from DD, so glad to have one in this color. Applies like a dream, two coats for opacity.

Different Dimension Champagne Rain is made up of uber fine holographic gold and silver microglitters in a holographic base. Insanely beautiful, that awesome fine glitter is so smooooth! This is almost a one coater but I used two to completely cover every tiny crevice. Real thirsty though, my first coat of top coat was all sucked up and basically disappeared by the time I walked outside to get a picture so I put another on.

Different Dimension Topaz 2.0 is a lightened rose gold glitter bomb. Full of pink and gold holographic glitters and gold flakies in a rose gold tinted base. I found the base to be a little watery and I didn't get a ton of glitter out on the first coat, however on the second coat it was perfect! The second stuck to the first really well and I was able to get great coverage with the glitter. I love anything rose gold, so this is dear to my heart.

Different Dimension Banjo Bling is a gold holographic glitter bomb, filled with gold holographic glitters in hexes and squares, and sterling silver plated and gold flakies. Same formula as Topaz 2.0, also two coats here.

Different Dimension Glitter Bug is basically the silver version of Banjo Bling. It has silver holographic glitters in different size hexes and squares as well as sterling silver plated flakies. Same formula as the other two glitter bombs, two coats for coverage.

They put a disclaimer on the listing of this collection saying "some of these polishes may require an extra coat of top coat to smooth out the glitters" and I find that to be very accurate. But only one extra coat should be necessary, so they're not much different than any other chunky glitter. You can purchase these now on the Different Dimension website for $50. Most of them are available individually for $8.75 except YWPimpin, which is $11. So you definitely save some moola by buying this as a set. Let me know what you think about these blingtastic glittahs!

Glisten & Glow Winter Remix Collection Collab with YWP Swatches & Review

What's up cookies? I recently picked up a foursome of crème polishes from indie brand Glisten & Glow called Winter Remix! These shades were designed and named in collaboration with Nicole from the YouTube channel Young Wild and Polished.

Glisten & Glow Frosty Camel is a cool taupe crème. Great formula, almost a one coater! I did use two for full opacity though. After I was done swatching these I immediately put this one back on, I love it!

Glisten & Glow Topaz's Cabin is a dark slate blue grey crème with a super slight hint of green. This formula was a little more jellyish than the other shades but I still only needed two coats for coverage. But if you prefer to do very thin coats, you may need three.

Glisten & Glow OG Snowman is a soft pale grey crème. This has a nice formula for such a light color, only two coats. Has a smidge of a blue tone that makes it seem very wintery.

Glisten & Glow Dukeberry is a dusky purple-mauve crème. Another great one, almost a one coater but I used two here. An interesting shade that I don't really have an equal to in my collection!

I purchased these on the Glisten & Glow website. They are available now for $7.25 each or you can get all four for $28. They are running a sale right now giving you free domestic shipping or reduced international shipping (on this quad only) through tomorrow 2/25 at 11:59 pm EST! No code necessary.

Tell me what you think about these four winter shades! I think they're fabulous for any time but they work so well for the cold weather. And they look great together as a color palette! Let me know which one is your favorite!

Glisten & Glow Young Wild and Polished Duo Swatches & Review

Hellooooo! Today I am happy to show you two polishes from Glisten & Glow! I literally saw them and then immediately purchased them. That doesn't usually happen for me, I am pretty good at thinking through my purchases. The reason I was so excited to get my hands on these is because they are a collaboration with one of my favorite people to watch on YouTube, Nicole from Young Wild and Polished. I regaled of my love for Nicole in a blog post about My 9 Favorite YouTube Nail Vloggers a few months ago, and the adoration has only grown since then.

First is Good Day, named for the little saying Nicole frequently busts out, usually in her chipmunk-voiced bloopers, "It's a good day to have a good day!" This is a bluey purpley holographic jelly shade. I don't love this color usually, but it didn't really matter because I had to have it, we gotta support our sisters right? This was really sheer unfortunately, this is three coats and it still seemed kinda patchy in some spots.

And second we have Topaz, which is what Nicole calls her reflection in the viewfinder when she is filming her videos. She's hilarious, I can't even explain it you just have to watch her! This has a clear base filled with tiny roundish glitters in medium pink, medium blue, dark pink, silver and black with holo glitter bits. This one is probably meant to be used as a topper but you can get it opaque in three coats as I've done here. It was a little runny but dense with glitter, if that makes any sense. Be careful not to put too thick of a coat on or it will ooze off your nail.

So are these the best polishes ever? Hmm, maybe not in terms of formula, but they are very fun and I like them both. The glitter is my fav. You can purchase these on the Glisten & Glow website for $20 for both like I did, or individually for $10.50 for the glitter and $11.50 for the holo. And while you're there, you should pick up a bottle of their HK Girl top coat! It's the beeessstttt. Let me know what you think of these two polishes! Do you watch Young Wild and Polished on YouTube? You can check her out on instagram too :)

Bye friends!
